"PPOI is a Johnny's Junior mini drama based off a manga with the same title (Ppoi!). There are 8 episodes in total (split into 39 parts). The cast includes Yamashita Tomohisa [NewS] & Aiba Masaki [ARASHI] with various other Juniors (including Nakamura Yuichi [KAT-TUN], Uesato Ryota [FIVE] & Akanishi Jin[KAT-TUN]). Hideaki Takizawa also provides comedic elements as the narrator of the story."

On Spetember 30 the NTV Sunday variety program YOUtachi! will end its run after one year. From October 7 it will be replaced by a new family variety program, provisionally titled 平成ファミリーズ (Heisei Families), starring a “family” of celebrity members.

Papa: 小堺一機 - Kosakai Kazuki (51)
Mama: 真矢みき - Maya Miki (43)
Kids: 中島裕翔 - Nakajima Yuto (14), 山田涼介 - Yamada Ryosuke (14), 森本龍太郎 - Morimoto Ryutaro (12)
Neigborhood guy: 藤井隆 - Fuji Takashi (35)

They will be talking to real-life families, and also confront them with various challenges in order to deepen their bond as families.

Heisei Families will air Sundays, 11:45A.M. to 1:25P.M. on NTV, starting October 7.
